In this week's spotlight, he shares what drew him to BHS, how he’s approaching his first 100 days, where he sees the greatest value in Miami right now, his go-to dining spot and more.

You recently joined our Miami Region as our new Managing Director of Sales, why did you make the move to BHS?

Miami is the hottest market in the world and BHS's leaderships have demonstrated the vision to capture this opportunity. 

As one of the new leaders of the growing Miami operation at BHS, what are the main goals in your first 100 days?

Pour into our own agents,  They are the backbone to our future success. Setting up 1:1's to learn their goals and challenges.  Get out to the Miami real estate circuit and "run for office" , in other words go out announce my joining BHS and share its value and vision.  

You will be heading up recruiting as well as continued education in Miami. Can you share your most important piece of advice to any real estate agent that will help their career path? 

Start with their "WHY". There can only be action with motivation.   

Where is your favorite place to dine in Miami and what are you ordering? 

Joes Stone Crab.   Of course, you have to have the stone crab, but you must try the fried chicken. 

What or where is the greatest value in Miami right now and why? Could be a property type/neighborhood/building or a combo of them in your answer.  

This is a tough one because there are so many amazing value propositions depending on what you are looking for ... From waterfront, residential, to commercial... South Florida in its self is the greatest value!

What do you forecast for the rest of 2025 for the Miami Real Estate Market? 

Opportunistic!  The Miami condo market is an investor's dream.
