Designed by architect Audrey Matlock and completed in 2016 by Lettieri Construction, the 9,000-square-foot L-shaped structure features floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant-heated bluestone floors, and a double-sided fireplace. The property offers extensive outdoor living spaces, including a 60-foot pool and a sunken tennis court, all set within nearly 13 acres adjacent to a 500-acre preserve, providing significant privacy.

The new owner, a tech industry professional, will join notable neighbors such as actor Neil Patrick Harris and fashion designer Donna Karan. The property was listed for $18.5 million, and the sale is expected to influence local real estate prices, according to the New York Post.
