Ting attributes much of her success to her extensive knowledge of the New York real estate and hard work, and she is committed to treating all clients like her family, with honesty, support and integrity. Clients value Ting for her straightforward personality, her creativity, and the fact that she always puts the interests of her clients first.
In addition to her outstanding results, Ting has earned a very positive reputation within the real estate industry. She is an active member of the REBNY Brooklyn Residential Committee, and she is very involved in various real estate education events. Ting has a special expertise in new developments and luxury condominiums in Manhattan, Brooklyn and West Queens. A fluent Mandarin speaker, she is highly experienced in transactions that involve international clients, particularly from Asia.
Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Ting spent a decade at JPMorgan’s Investment Bank working in residential and commercial mortgage securitization and risk management. She holds a BA from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. She has been a Manhattan and Brooklyn resident for over 20 years. She currently lives in Boerum Hill with her husband and 2 children who attend Basis Independent Brooklyn school.
