Most recently, Jeff led sales at 1289 Lexington Avenue, where he sold over one-third of the building’s inventory in less than a year.Before entering real estate, Jeffrey worked at Instinet/Reuters and KPMG Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Columbia University, an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern, and a Certificate in European Management (Finance) from Erasmus (Rotterdam) and ESADE (Barcelona).
Ben Haymes was recognized as the top producing agent of Brown Harris Stevens’ Midtown office for 2022. He attributes his success to listening to his clients, understanding their goals, and always making time for them. His extensive knowledge of both the resale and the new development market is what separates Ben from many other agents. Ben was the sales director of 305 Second Avenue, 150 East 23 Street, 152 East 87 Street, and 50 United Nations Plaza. He has worked on various other new developments in a sales agent and consultant capacity. Coming from a real estate family of three generations, Ben has carried a passion for the business nearly his entire life. After graduating from Syracuse University in 2009, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, he immediately moved to Manhattan to start his real estate career and has never looked back.
