A New York resident and homeowner for more than two decades, Senad spends most of his free time, outside of work, with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys swimming, and playing tennis and soccer with his friends. Originally from Bosnia, Senad also lived in Germany and traveled the world before making his home in New York. He understands the many intricacies involved in relocation, first hand, which makes him the best person for the job. Fluent in English, German and Bosnian, Senad welcomes everyone in need of a new home and outstanding service.

A native of Manila, Philippines, Alrence has always been a hard worker. From a young age, she had to overcome constant hardships to get where she is now. Due to her perseverance, she obtained a full scholarship to the University of Santo Tomas, one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines. Today, Alrence resides in New York City, a place close to her heart that she calls her home as she continues to pursue her ever-evolving American Dream. As a proud member of REBNY, she is determined to share this dream with her clients and help them find their own sense of belonging and a place to call their “home” in one of the greatest cities in the world.
An advocate of anything travel and food-related, Alrence spends her free time reading, cooking, attending spin classes, and exploring different restaurants and attractions in the city with family and friends.
