Jamaican by birth, Terrence was raised both on the island and in Florida but finding New York City was like finding home. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Hunter College here, he embarked on a 15-year career in the financial services industry, working both for American Express and The Equitable. During this time, the intricacies of finance became a passion in his life.
His career then evolved to the hospitality industry, eventually owning his own business, and also spending time working in Europe, where he developed an affinity for different cultures and people. After taking several courses in real estate at NYU, he found himself venturing into a long and very successful life as a real estate investor.
It was only natural that Terrence’s financial acumen, gregarious nature, and real estate savvy forged themselves into a career with Brown Harris Stevens. He now finds fulfillment in helping people in the marketing and purchase of both their own homes and investment properties. For Terrence, his market knowledge and understanding of current money trends blend to bring about the best possible deal for his clients. His repeat customers are proof that his work is paying off.
Terrence and his family call Brooklyn’s neighborhood of DUMBO home.
