Suzette Meshulam has worked in many fields related to property. This has included renovation, restoration and value enhancement. She is a Registered Architect and has won the award of Excellence from the AIA. She has also been appointed a member of the Private Brokerage Council and Producers’ Council at Halstead Real Estate. She was also awarded “Highest Gross Sales” by Halstead Development Marketing in 2008. Suzette also won the “Highest Gross Commissions” in Halstead’s Midtown Office in July 2009.
She specializes in working with investors and developers to identify property and evaluate changes to add value. In the real estate profession nearly 17 years, she is knowledgeable of the Downtown and Midtown West real estate markets. She is also familiar with New York's most noteworthy and historic residential architecture.
Suzette’s recent sales have included mixed-use buildings, residential townhouses with rental property, and the sell-out of the development at Chatham44 a 58 unit condominium (studios, 1-bedrooms. and 2-bedrooms) in record time. She is very goal-oriented and an outstanding problem solver.
Prior to working in residential sales, she worked at Rockefeller Center as a project manager in the Architecture/Construction/Art Restoration Department of RCMC. As one of the Center’s representatives, her projects included interior design for the corporate offices, tenant build-outs of commercial space for the Real Estate division, and the art restoration program for The Center's public collection. The pace and intensity of working with the Real Estate division was very interesting and led to residential sales and working directly with clients looking to purchase.
Suzette’s passions are glass and photography. She trains her Cirneco dell ‘Etna, a primitive hunting dog from Sicily, to compete in events. Her travels are to Quito and rural communities in Ecuador where she is working with the Pinchot Institute for Conservation to encourage rainforest management and community development of wood products.
Suzette graduated with two degrees from Rhode Island School of Design, one in Architecture the other in Fine Arts.
