Having worked in strong and soft real estate markets, Steven serves his customers and clients with patience, integrity, insight, and humor.
Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, having majored in Psychology and minored in Philosophy. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, is a Certified Public Accountant, and handles the financial intricacies of a transaction with ease and confidence.
Steven was honored to be named 2017 Listing Broker of the Year for the Brown Harris Stevens office at 130 Fifth Avenue. In May of 2022 he received The Real Estate Board of New York's 2021 Deal of the Year Award for representing the buyers in a successfully completed transaction.
Formerly a Greenwich Village resident, Steven currently owns a home in Murray Hill. A Westchester County native and lifelong New Yorker, he knows the city’s history and neighborhoods very well. A devoted animal lover, Steven has rescued several older dogs, reveling in the joy and affection shared with each one. He is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.
