Siim's intimate and thorough knowledge of the Downtown residential market has yielded substantial benefits for his clients and customers. His market knowledge combined with fine-tuned analytic and communication skills have paved the way to hundreds of successful sales and leasing transactions. He is often sought out by attorneys, architects, and tenant's groups for consulting and evaluation work.
He understands that buying real estate in New York City is a complex process and that buying a co-op here is like no other real estate experience in America. Preparation and anticipation are key elements of this work effort for his customers. An accepted offer for Siim's buyer or seller is the opening bell of an extended New York process that ends in closing because Siim has monitored, evaluated and directed each step to the desired completion.

He is familiar with the benefits and key issues surrounding IRS Section 1031 Tax Free Exchanges; he has helped many with their Artist's Certification Application to the N.Y.C. Department of Cultural Affairs or made buyers' attorneys comfortable with the "Soho Letter". Appraisers often contact him for value considerations, to fine tune their reports.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has a grown son and daughter both born and raised in Soho. He and his son, Rudi, have been partners at BHS for over 10 years.
