Sabra Kirkpatrick grew up on Sanford Avenue on the island and attended Palm Beach Day School and Cardinal Newman High School. While she was attending Southern Methodist University earning a B.A. in Advertising and Fine Arts, her parents moved to South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Sabra is one of the few local realtors who truly grew up in the area, both on the island and in the South End, and is still happy to call it home.
Sabra has been selling Palm Beach County real estate since 2010 and truly loves what she does. Sabra has proven success both in sales volume and overall sales prices, consistently selling 100+ properties a year. She is known for her encyclopedic knowledge of West Palm Beach and its many and varied neighborhoods and for closing the most waterfront South Flagler Drive properties year after year.
Since forming the Kirkpatrick Team in 2013, Sabra has worked with Lauren Greaves and Sarah Koenig at BHS. Working with two other talented agents has allowed Sabra to better service their clients. “As my mother has always said, ‘It takes a village!’ I truly have the most magnificent village to work in and the most incredible team to work alongside!”
In addition to selling real estate, Sabra is very active in the community. She has been involved with Meals on Wheels, Palm Beach County since 2015, helping ensure that “no senior goes hungry” and chairing the Hot Meals – Hot Wheels event on two occasions. Sabra also serves on various boards including Cardinal Newman High School, the South End Neighborhood Association (SENA), and the Palm Beach Board of Realtors. A devoted mother of three children (2 in college), Sabra can be found in the stands of many South Florida baseball fields cheering on her youngest son’s travel baseball team or running on Flagler Drive.
