حاز سعد حمدان، وهو من سكان مدينة ميامي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية منذ عام ١٩٨٧ وخريج جامعة ميامي، على عدة جوائز في مجال المبيعات. وبعد مسيرة مهنية ناجحة في قطاعي الطيران والاتصالات، قرر سعد في منتصف التسعينيات خوض تجربة جديدة في مجال بيع العقارات.
حصل سعد على شهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية وشهادة الماجستير في الهندسة الصناعية، بالإضافة إلى شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال. كما حاز على شهادة الوساطة العقارية من قبل دائرة التنظيم المهني في ولاية فلوريدا الأمريكية.
