He led the design, permit approval, and construction that created two 2,515-square-foot homes with perfect layouts and views. He sold them swiftly and the seller achieved a higher price.

A native New Yorker, Robert also lived in Japan, Germany and Belgium. Upon his return to the United States, he attended High School in Utah, followed by the University of Utah. He started his real estate career working on-site for Worldwide Holdings/Zeckendorf Development at World Wide Plaza and Park Avenue Court, followed by several years onsite at 721 Fifth Avenue. In 1994, Robert was recruited to the boutique luxury brokerage Warburg Realty, where he built a career selling condominiums, cooperatives, and townhouses as an associate broker. His success as a broker allowed him to become a sales manager at Warburg, followed by five years in Corcoran management.
The caliber of Robert’s talent is unparalleled, and he has been invited many times to teach his own course, “Building Your Business, the Professional Way.” With his devotion to the real estate field, Robert has helped build and grow the careers of many talented agents and managers in New York.
