Originally from Atlanta, Richard is a graduate of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University, from which he holds a bachelor’s degree in business. He moved to Manhattan in 2000 and completed an architectural renovation of a co-op loft in a historic landmark Financial District building. When not working, Richard enjoys staying active and being outdoors, in addition to participating in multi-sport international travel with Backroads and REI Adventures. He enjoys farmers markets and organic cooking, design and renovation projects, and is a Porsche 911 driving enthusiast.
