A third-generation native of Park Slope, Phillip learned real estate from his beloved grandmother, a longtime broker who brought him along on innumerable showings, closings and lease signings. While attending St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, where he studied business and marketing, he worked in construction and earned FDNY-certification to inspect fire suppression systems. The experience shaped his appreciation for the interplay of trade work and executive management involved in building development and cemented his decision to become a full-time sales and rental agent in 2006.
Over his nearly two decades in real estate, Phillip has established himself as a versatile agent with expertise across a range of categories, from resale co-ops and condos, townhouses, and multifamily buildings to new development, luxury rental and investment properties. His background in construction has equipped him to navigate the intricacies of new development projects and effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, while his remarkable ability to combine honesty with compassion has positioned him as a reliable source of guidance for his clients.
Since 2011, Phillip has ranked consistently among the country’s top-performing real estate professionals. His creative instincts and strategic approach to promoting and positioning properties have led to frequent coverage of his exclusive listings and market insights in The New York Times, New York Daily News, The Real Deal and Brokers Weekly.
Phillip enjoys spending time with his three children, Oliver, Ava and Max, and volunteers regularly at an elder care facility in his neighborhood.
