Thanks to his extensive background in the music industry, Peter's clients frequently – though not exclusively - come from the Arts and Entertainment field. He began his past career as a stage manager at various New York concert venues, then moved into personal management with leading musical artists. Peter ultimately went on to become Executive Producer of New York Concerts with one of the foremost promotion companies in the country. The skills he developed scouting properties and venues, negotiating contracts, and creating innovative marketing campaigns have proven to be a tremendous asset in his real estate dealings.
While Peter has lived in a variety of Manhattan neighborhoods over the years, he and his wife moved from the Upper East Side to a duplex in the East Village more than 20 years ago. They raised their son (a recent graduate of nearby Friends Seminary) there, and still love the sense of community their downtown neighborhood exudes.
Outside of his commitment to work and family, Peter has been active in a wide range of volunteer activities that have included tutoring at a Lower East Side elementary school and serving as a local coordinator for national political candidates. A former marathon runner and freelance music journalist, Peter currently practices yoga and he is an avid reader of contemporary fiction.
