“The investment you make in your home is a deeply personal decision - including the right advisor who understands this important sentiment is a critical part of your plan."

After two decades building community support for new real estate developments in over 30 states and 3 countries, Paul is now helping New York City residents realize their dreams of home ownership.

He started his career in political campaign management before honing skills in real estate through government relations and public affairs. Paul is a seasoned professional with proven success in executing customer objectives by using innovative and creative methods to reach the best possible outcome.

A native of the Boston area, Paul came to New York City from Washington, DC after time in Toronto, ON and London, UK. While in Toronto Paul acquired an MBA focused on global issues from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto in conjunction with St. Gallen University in Switzerland. His global perspective on real estate offers customers valuable insight into the nuances of home buying because he is very adept at appreciating and understanding various points of view.

Paul makes his home in Hell's Kitchen where he is an active neighbor. He is a representative to Manhattan's Community Board 4 where he serves on the land use committees; he serves on the advisory council at Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen; he participates in his block association; and, is part of the leadership team of a local political club. When he can, he enjoys taking advantage of the bike paths along the Hudson River to experience the entire west side of Manhattan from Inwood to Battery Park City.

TESTIMONIALS

“Buying my new home involved a mix of personal, financial, and emotional decisions. Paul patiently and professionally guided me through each assessment and conclusion. Paul’s expertise and hard work were paramount when it came to negotiations. Knowing Paul had my back made this journey less daunting and I’m elated with the result.” – Gerard, Hell’s Kitchen

“When I decided to sell my previous apartment to buy a new home, Paul was an indispensable partner from the initial cost/benefit financial analysis to the final assistance with renovations. His patience and persistence ensured I sold at a good price, and took care of my fiscal needs in acquiring a new property. His utmost professionalism combined with his generous spirit was what I needed to get through an arduous process.” – Mary Lou, New York Towers, Kips Bay

“We had almost given up hope of buying in Manhattan until we met Paul. Once we had narrowed our search, Paul meticulously went through our materials, coached us for our interview, and we now own a coop in Manhattan that exceeds our dreams.” – Mark and Oscar, Morningside Heights

“Paul was thorough and insightful about the market conditions while recognizing our situation with care and understanding. He set the appropriate price for my family’s coop such that it sold faster and at a higher price than other comparable units in the building.” – Lowell K., Upper East Side

“As a first time buyer, we were clueless about the process and Paul helped guide us along, put us at ease and made everything so much more manageable. He was communicative about the nuances of the transaction, the expectations of the legal issues, and the procedures of working with the management company once we moved in.” – Tara and Mike, Kips Bay

“We couldn’t -- nor wouldn’t -- have been able to sell our apartment without Paul’s help. His thoughtfulness, patience, and ability to explain everything was invaluable. Additionally, he was always discreet about our business with respect to all parties involved in the transaction.” – Martin and Georgette, Kips Bay
