As a real estate investor, owning homes and investment properties, Nydia always had a very close eye on the market trends in the Hampton, New York City and Miami. Following real estate markets for many years was her only real hobby. Nydia was a seasonal resident of Westhampton for the last eight years and recently made it her full-time home so she could follow her passion for real estate and turn her hobby into a career.
Nydia is married with one daughter who lives in New York City. She loves hosting in her home for friends who live locally and out of town. In her free time, she also enjoys long bicycle rides, decorating and cooking. She and her husband Jim are affiliated with a couple of non-profit organizations, fundraising and volunteering their time.
