Prior to building a real estate business, Matthew spent more than 12 years in corporate strategic marketing, leading award-winning digital and offline advertising campaigns for some of the world’s largest corporate brands. His extensive marketing experience, sharp eye for detail, and data-driven approach help his clients cut through the noise with the most relevant information amid the ever-changing market conditions.
As a native New Yorker, Matthew is intimately familiar with the intricacies of New York City living and enjoys finding hidden gems to give his clientele the best bang for their buck. Growing up in the Bronx, he is passionate about giving back and helping the next generation achieve success. He routinely volunteers his time on weekends, and is an Associate Board member of non-profit, Harlem Educational Activities Fund (HEAF). He attended the University of Maryland where he majored in Marketing, and enjoys rooting for his alma mater and local NY sports teams - especially his beloved Knicks. He is always down to try new things, especially new restaurants and attractions in his Long Island City neighborhood and New York City as a whole.
