Ms. Kramer has completed the high level Advanced Graduate Designation Course called New York Residential Specialist (NYRS). It focuses on leadership development, professionalism and ethics. Martha was one of the first brokers to complete the course and receive the esteemed NYRS accreditation from The Real Estate Board of New York.
Ms. Kramer is a long time resident of Manhattan. She moved here to attend Barnard College and after graduation she stayed on permanently. She in involved in The Dream Team at Memorial Sloane Kettering, the Central Park Conservancy. She lives with her husband on the Upper East Side. They are passionate about contemporary art and are long time collectors.
