"I decided to make a major life change, not at 30 or 40 or 50, but at 70. It was to move from Boston where I was born and raised to NYC. I chose the Riverdale section in the Bronx. I also chose Maria-Stella Fountoulakis and RoseAnn Hermann of Brown Harris Stevens to help guide me. Both did the usual: show me properties that fit my needs for space.
