For Lisa Gaytan, "home" is more than just an idea; it is the place to nurture, grow, and realize dreams. As a child Lisa moved often, landing in New York City 35 years ago. She quickly realized her desire to establish roots and build her life in this big, beautiful, vibrant city. Lisa ignited her passion for real estate, first buying a SoHo loft, then buying and renovating a Brooklyn brownstone. Now, Lisa extends that same passion to you as a buyer, seller, or renter, helping you to realize your own dreams through her dedication, diligence, and care.

As a co-op owner, Lisa served as the Board President for five years. Upon moving to Brooklyn, she gained extensive experience in managing the restoration of a landmark townhouse, cultivating deep relationships with contractors, architects, and tradespeople along the way.

Working with Lisa was a breeze! As a first-time homebuyer with lots of questions and anxieties, she patiently explained the process and ensured I felt confident at every step. She is an amazing listener and took the time to understand my needs. I don't have any family in New York, but Lisa became a trustworthy go-to person I could rely on like family - offering support and guidance throughout. Lisa has a deep understanding of the local market and is super easy to communicate with - she can even provide recommendations for resources like mortgage brokers, inspectors, cleaning services, etc. Would highly recommend getting in touch with her for all of your real estate needs. Thank you, Lisa! - Louis-PierreI feel very lucky to have had Lisa as my agent. With her expertise and patience, my first home buying experience was easy and smooth. She has an unparalleled ability to forge a high level of trust with her clients by providing reliable information/resources and professional insights, and by always putting herself in client's (my) shoes. She was always on top of things, very responsive through the entire process, even when she was traveling and maintained her sense of dedication and punctuality. We had very good communication and formed a strong bond as a team to get the work done. I have never felt pushed to make any decision; Lisa made me feel comfortable throughout the transaction. Her genuineness, diligence and professionalism made the process, which at times can be complicated, enjoyable. I am very grateful to have Lisa with me and the lovely apartment I am living now worth all the effort! - KekeLisa was a pleasure to work with. She was always attentive and responsive, helped to ensure that any issues with the apartment were addressed, and was willing to work with me on leasing terms. I would absolutely work with her again. - KateLisa is informative, communicative, supportive, and friendly! She was easy to work with, very responsive, and willing to go to the extra mile to get the process done on my tight timeline. -Anne W., Boerum Hill Coop BuyerWarm, responsive, and fast, Lisa went above and beyond for us. It felt like she was searching for a home for her own family, and she was so careful to find us our dream home. -Mikhaela & Masheka, E. Flatbush Townhouse BuyersLisa is an advocate and meticulous. She was always reliable, and available to answer and clarify questions. As a first-time buyer, it was great to have someone who was patient and able to explain the process in a clear way. – JF, Clinton Hill Coop BuyerLet me start by saying I have been in Real Estate and Mortgage Banking for 40+ years. I have seen my share of agents and Lisa is one of the best. My transaction involved the purchase of a coop one block from my son and two grandchildren (you can see my motivation). I asked Lisa, who was representing the sellers, to represent me as well. Representing both sides in a transaction is something many Realtors have difficulty doing. Lisa made me feel strongly supported throughout the process. My last NYC real estate transaction was about 12 years ago and I vowed I would not buy in NY again. Lisa changed that by very effectively navigating the NY purchase process and minimizing the stress for me. I could tell from my first interaction with Lisa that she was experienced, logical, honest, and focused. The difficult part of my transaction was that I had a pretty aggressive timeline. Lisa understood that from the start and worked diligently to do what many others said was not possible. We closed on time, based on my schedule, due largely to Lisa's efforts. Lisa is an experienced Realtor with a strong client focus. I would not hesitate to recommend her services. - Ron T.I feel so lucky to have met Lisa. I was going through a divorce simultaneously trying to sell the family home and look for a suitable apartment to purchase. I was totally stressed out. And spending endless hours on Streeteasy only compounded my unease. The pandemic wasn’t helping. Once Lisa came on board everything changed for the better. It became clear that she was thoroughly knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable, and had my best interest in mind. She explained the process completely and took time to answer ALL my questions and was always interested to hear the vision I had for my new home. Lisa was always professional in her role. But the best part is that Lisa is really a nice and caring person. A good egg. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone who needs an agent. She will take care of business. And you. - Dan L.Past Closings
