Inspired by her travels on Semester at Sea in 2002 and love for fashion design, Leigh moved to NYC in 2003 working as an assistant buyer in the fashion industry. In 2013, Leigh was hired by a Brooklyn based developer; providing her with extensive exposure to development, sales and luxury rentals. She joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2015 specializing in Sales.
Leigh Wallace is a knowledgeable and experienced listing agent who brings a very different approach to selling your home. Inspired by her design background, Leigh started a staging service to compliment her real estate career. In 2018, Leigh sold $5.3 million and staged $17.5 million of condominiums, co-ops and townhouses, all of which closed for an average of 7-9% above asking.
Celebrating 15 years of living in NYC, Leigh is incredibly knowledgeable of the evolving landscapes of NYC. Currently, she lives in Park Slope near Prospect Park. She loves exploring the art and culinary scene throughout the city, which keeps her knowledgeable of multiple neighborhoods. Outside of real estate, Leigh is passionate about fair trade and sustainability in fashion, and the recycling efforts in NYC.
