Experience counts, especially in the highly competitive, frenetic New York City marketplace. Working with a seasoned broker like Lauren Cangiano, who's been successfully selling Manhattan properties since 1986, is a surefire way to make your next home purchase or sale smooth and rewarding, as it should be.
Lauren consistently ranks among the top producers companywide and sits in the upper echelon of real estate agents in Manhattan. She didn't get there by accident; she worked hard to build her business—which consists of mainly referrals—and fights aggressively to achieve her clients' goals. In fact, there is nothing Lauren has not faced and conquered in terms of property types and complex transactions. She's sold everything from storage rooms and parking spots to luxury residences, large apartment buildings, and commercial spaces. And she's done so with flair, finesse, knowledge, and success.
It takes a smart, savvy, expert real estate professional to navigate the intricate New York market and help clients seize opportunity when it strikes. Lauren is that valuable weapon for finding hidden gems, streamlining intricate board approvals, negotiating great deals, and delivering exceptional results. Only an industry leader like her can draw on her invaluable knowledge, connections, and resources to pull out all the stops for her clients' ultimate satisfaction.
A Manhattan resident for nearly three decades, Lauren lives with her husband and raised their three now-grown children on the Upper East Side. She hails from Philadelphia, and graduated from Temple University. Real estate has been her career since college, and she has since been actively committed to advancing her knowledge and education in her field. Lauren was among one of the first classes to graduate from the prestigious NYRS continuing education course, a coveted credential awarded by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) that identifies those who have achieved an advanced level of study and the top tier of success in sales. Besides real estate, food is Lauren's passion—so much so that she helped finance, design, and build the popular Tre Otto Italian restaurant on Madison Avenue between 97th and 98th Streets, which her husband currently runs.
