One thing that distinguishes Kristi's approach is her focus on communication and relationship-building. In New York City, she worked as a Seniors Move Manager, helping numerous families downsize, organize, and move home. She also trained as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has an empathic approach when helping the elderly.
Before real estate, Kristi funneled her drive for excellence into a long career as a professional dancer and college professor. She earned an MFA in Dance from The Ohio State University and traveled extensively, choreographing and teaching throughout the United States and Mexico.
Kristi's journey into real estate began when she and her architect husband purchased their first multi-family home in Brooklyn and transformed a distressed property into a home for their growing family plus income-generating rental units. These experiences, along with her 20 years in New York City, have made Kristi a go-to referral source for clients needing design, home services, or local recommendations for culture, food, and happenings throughout the boroughs.
