Kim Sullivan-Beier has been a member of the Hudson Realty Group since shortly after joining Brown Harris Stevens New Jersey (then Halstead) in 2012. The Hudson Realty Group team is led by Peter Cossio and additionally, includes Clare Cossio, Westley Page, Richard Woodhull, Lori Staselis and Ann Wycherley.

A real estate professional since 1978, Kim has worked in Manhattan; Boston, MA; Virginia Beach, VA; Dallas, TX; and Breckenridge, CO. In 2015, she earned the prestigious Halstead Rising Star Award in recognition of her hard work, dedication to her clients, and success in expanding her business. Not one to slow down, Kim continued to excel and in 2018 she was awarded the Halstead Strategy Star Award. Her sales contributions have enabled the HRG team to achieve the Platinum level NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Award every years since she has been on the team.
