Khadija Elbertai was born in the Kingdom of Morocco, in a large and loving family.
She grew up speaking Arabic, French and Berber. In Morocco, English and Spanish are taught in school.
At a young age, Khadija knew the importance of an education but she also had the desire to travel and see the world.

Khadija Elbertai was born in the Kingdom of Morocco, in a large and loving family.
She grew up speaking Arabic, French and Berber. In Morocco, English and Spanish are taught in school.
At a young age, Khadija knew the importance of an education but she also had the desire to travel and see the world.
She attended college in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, and got her degree in Management administration. After completing her studies, she worked for five years for the Ministry of Human Rights where she was exposed to people from many countries. It was from there that she had the opportunity to travel to several countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Gulf.
Khadija eventually settled in Dubai, another incredible dynamic international city. There, she gained employment managing an offshore company, honing her business skills. She also established her own business, in the beauty industry, employing six people.
Dubai was at its peak in growth and development, and it was during this time that her interest in real estate sparked.
She bought properties in Morocco, both residential and commercial, which she manages to this day with the help of family members. She eventually bought properties in the Emirates. Her clients and tenants are from all over the world.
Khadija has family in the United States and decided to expand her horizons in 2009. She chose to live in Riverdale, where she has close friends and family.
Other than traveling, Khadija has several interests. She likes to walk early mornings to get her day started with more energy and clarity. She especially loves gatherings with family and friends while they enjoy some of her delicious meals. She is an excellent cook.
Khadija never meets a stranger. She is insightful, intensely curious and self-motivated. She is confident and genuinely friendly, attributes that are essential in an intimidating market like the NYC area. These attributes will also insure her clients that she has their best interests at heart.
Her international business experience along with her fluency in three languages is invaluable.
Khadija loves the real estate industry, and though the NYC area can be intimidating, she is encouraged and excited by the professionalism and energy of her colleagues. She looks forward to the challenge of helping people find housing and home that will make them happy.
