Jeff Tanenbaum joined Brown Harris Steven (then Halstead) after being at Prudential Douglas Elliman and Barak Realty where he consistently was the highest grossing producer at the company, selling numerous multi-million dollar co-ops and condos as Team Tanenbaum and professional medical spaces under Tanenbaum Healthcare Team. From being nominated Rookie of the year, to being the highest grossing producer for from 2007 to 2011 with the largest sales at the firm, consistently Jeff has proven his unstoppable energy, along with his intimate and expansive knowledge of real estate particularly in “getting the deal done” where both sides leave with a deep sense of personal satisfaction. Jeff received the award for the Greatest Number of Transactions in 2013, at what was then Halstead’s Flagship Park Avenue Office.

Jeff has been a broker since 1999 and has helped hundreds of people buy and sell real estate in both up and down markets. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Jeff built a tremendous medical practice in Houston, Texas. He was trained as a surgeon and invested in real estate at the same time.
