Brown Harris Stevens is pleased to welcome Javier Fajardo to its sales team. Born and raised in Vina del Mar, Chile, followed by a move to a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, Javier eventually settled in Miami in 2009. It is here that he earned an Associate Arts degree from Miami-Dade College, after which he attended and graduated from FIU in International Business Administration with a minor in Management.

Born and raised in Vina del Mar, Chile, followed by a move to a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, Javier eventually settled in Miami in 2009. It is here that he earned an Associate Arts degree from Miami-Dade College, after which he attended and graduated from FIU in International Business Administration with a minor in Management.
While immersed in his studies, Javier was able to obtain his real estate license, followed by his Registered Building Contractor License. A few years later, he achieved another goal of acquiring his Certified Building Contractor License in 2022.
Shortly after his move to Miami, Javier became captivated with real estate and the art of real estate transactions. He began his career in commercial real estate with a focus on multi-family, income-producing properties. Since then, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate and has acquired a plethora of knowledge and experience in real estate dealings. Javier personally owns a commercial warehouse in Edgewater.
Javier continues to hone his skills and like an artist, he colors each transaction with expertise, understanding, flexibility and honesty. By combining the business aspect with the emotional features of buying or selling real estate, whether a home or commercial entity, he is able to successfully bring each transaction to fruition.
When not working, Javier is involved in the community, especially by helping weekly to feed the homeless at St. Patrick’s Church. Javier also loves all animals and currently owns a feline who is aptly named Currency.
