Raised in New England and Los Angeles, Shep attended prep-school in Massachusetts and Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He is a lifelong sportsman, was an accomplished college lacrosse player, plays a range of racquet games, is an avid golfer and a marathon runner. He also believes in a life balanced by paying back the opportunities he's been afforded and he volunteers with Citylax and The Church of the Ascension Food Pantry. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, playing the guitar, gardening, photography and travels extensively.
