With 25 years of success in real estate and $200 million in residential sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island, Isaac Halpern is primed to help clients achieve success in New York City and beyond. He is dually licensed in both NYC and the Hamptons. In addition to real estate brokerage, Isaac owns and manages multiple rental properties and has directed renovations for both his own properties and those of his clients. This combination of real estate brokerage, renovation, and rental management expertise gives Isaac an edge that few other agents can match. Isaac graduated from Bard College with a B.A. in History and received a dual Master's/MBA in Urban Planning from Columbia University. In his free time, he enjoys competitive sailing and tennis - a great way to let off stress!
Daniel Bruno Jr. joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2020 and has over 10 years of experience in Television Account Management. Daniel comes from a well-known real estate family and is extremely organized and an operations specialist. His energy and ambition allow him to focus on both television and real estate brokerage. Daniel was born and raised on the North Fork of Long Island, and currently resides in Manhattan. Dan is also an alumnus of Fairfield University and holds a graduate degree from Fordham University. Outside of work, he enjoys live music and exploring NYC with his wife, Chelsea.
