Grace's love for and knowledge of renovation complement her ability to help clients achieve their unique goals. She currently resides in a beautiful 1947-built house on the Island of Palm Beach that she tastefully renovated, earning the Preservation Foundation's prestigious Polly Earl Award in 2006 for a significant renovation of a small cottage at least 50 years old or older. Originally from North Carolina, she graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Raleigh, NC (Class of 1979), St. Mary's College in Raleigh, NC (Class of 1981) and the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill (Class of 1983). Grace spent her junior semester abroad with Hollins College on the Hollins London Abroad program living with a family and studying Liberal Arts. Grace worked in magazine advertising sales for a small start-up publishing firm in Atlanta, GA, for 5 years. She moved to Florida to work in a corporate position for Polo, the NYC-based Ralph Lauren representative for Florida for 3 years, and as the NYC-based representative for Polo for Boys Sales and Marketing for Florida for 5 years. Grace started her real estate career at McCann Coyner Clarke in 1996 and remained there until 2005. Grace worked with Corcoran in Palm Beach from 2005-2018. She joined BHS in September 2018 to continue building her real estate career and helping her clients find homes and properties that best fit their needs. Grace is ranked in the Top 10% in the State of Florida for sales volume. Grace is going on the Board of Trustees starting in January of 2024 of Chowan University, A Liberal Arts and Life Skills University that was established 1848 (Her grandmother was class of 1916).
