Gage has enjoyed travel to five continents, 38 countries, and throughout North America (much of it on his motorcycle), giving him a worldly perspective that enables him to work seamlessly with a diverse clientele. He also takes Spanish lessons twice per week and is approaching fluency.
In addition to his extensive market knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills, Gage is driven by a profound commitment to making a difference. When disaster struck Haiti, he took a leave from his career to found Operation Get Done, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. With unwavering determination, Gage spent months living in Haiti's Northern Province, self-funding and leading a 40-person work crew that distributed food and cleared streets in the aftermath of the crisis. His impactful work caught the attention of the Haitian federal government, which recognized his efforts and offered international financing to expand the initiative. This same sense of purpose, compassion, and tenacity defines the way he serves his clients today.
