Gage has enjoyed travel to five continents, 31 countries, and throughout North America (much of it on his motorcycle), giving him a worldly perspective that enables him to work seamlessly with a diverse clientele. Besides great interpersonal skills and vast market knowledge, he has a big heart for giving back. After the earthquake in Haiti in January 2010, he took six months off of work to establish a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called Operation Get Done. Gage spent about three months living in the Northern Province of Haiti, using his own money to run a regimented and effective 40-person work crew that distributed food and cleaned up streets. His organization caught the eye of the Haitian federal government, and Gage was offered international financing to continue his operation. It is with this same thoughtfulness, dedication and open-heartedness that he serves all his clients.
