A lifetime spent immersed in the industry and a seven-year track record as an award-winning agent at some of Manhattan's most prestigious firms has given Eric a deep level of insight and the ability to handle a variety of diverse transactions, clientele, personalities and situations with ease. "My depth and breadth of experience has helped shape a very hands-on, customized experience for my clients, which treats each deal individually, leaving no stone left unturned," he says.
With a broad knowledge of the Manhattan market, and a specialty in commercial office and retail sales and leasing, Eric works solely on referrals and collaborations, providing generous referral fees and serving a wide range of clientele, including business owners, entrepreneurs, high profile investors, developers and more. It's no surprise that he has been sought out by the media and featured several times as a commercial real estate commentator in The Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal and The New York Times. Prior to real estate, Eric studied hospitality management before dedicating himself to the family business. As he explains, "I knew I wanted to be in a field where I could serve and assist people, but also be afforded creative freedom." A naturally outgoing and approachable person, Eric excels at making people feel comfortable throughout every step of the process. Each deal and transaction is always going to be different. "But the one thing I always strive for them to have in common is that each client and customer is happy," he says.
A Bergen County, New Jersey, native, Eric studied at Lynn University in Boca Raton before returning to the Northeast. He now calls the Upper East Side home, which he loves for its close-knit community, abundant greenery and it's easygoing-yet-entertaining lifestyle. He has a passion for the arts, attends both the Lower East Side and Tribeca Film Festivals, and is always excited to explore new places of interest throughout New York City. Eric is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA).
