Elise has personally bought, sold, rented, renovated, re-sold, up-sized, and downsized, so she understands all aspects of the buying, selling, and renting process. When her own home had difficulty selling, she decided to market it on her own, using the same skillset she acquired in her marketing career. She hadn’t yet been a licensed real estate broker. The home sold immediately and at full price. Friends and colleagues began asking her to sell their properties. She saw it as a sign to go into real estate, got her license and joined Halstead, which later became Brown Harris Stevens. She hasn’t looked back since.
