Houses and Real Estate are both lifelong passions of Denis. He brings his enthusiasm to the marketing of a home and to a search for a new one. Most importantly, Denis knows how to listen to his clients. Denis will help both buyers and sellers find just what they are looking for and he always puts the needs of his clients first.
Denis graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York City, and worked as a freelance Illustrator and landscape painter. His art background enabled him to bring an acute visual knowledge and love of architecture to his 29 years of Real Estate sales experience.
Before moving to Montclair 26 years ago to raise his family, he was a Real Estate Broker in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Living and working in Suburban Essex County means he has garnered exceptional knowledge of the history and architecture not only of Montclair but the surrounding towns as well. Formerly the co-chair of the Montclair Historic Preservation Commission, he has worked diligently to help retain Montclair’s unique beauty and character as it continues to attract families from New York, Hoboken, NJ and other parts of the country. Denis’ three children have gone through the Montclair public school system, and he believes wholeheartedly in their great Magnet program.
In Montclair, Denis not only sells homes, but he also renovates and builds them. He therefore has become an expert in preparing all types of houses or condos for sale in order to realize the highest possible price for the seller. Denis has taught seminars on downsizing and he would be happy to arrange a free consult with any homeowner who would like to know what to expect when downsizing and how he can help make the process as easy as possible. Denis would appreciate the opportunity to help his clients with all of their residential real estate needs.
