With an extensive knowledge of Manhattan as well as the Brooklyn, Long Island City, and Astoria markets, Craig has done numerous transactions in both resale and new development. His understanding of the A-to-Z of each type of deal gives his clientele the ability to not only enjoy the process but also to surpass their own expectations.
Craig provides undivided attention when working with his customers and clients. He understands the importance of people's specific needs and uses his wealth of knowledge to expedite attaining the desired result. “As simple as it sounds, if you do not listen to your customer you are not only doing them a disservice, but you are doing yourself an even larger one,” he says. “I understand the complexity real estate introduces—that’s half the fun. However, if you continue to lead your customer with a realistic and earnestly advised hand you will avoid unnecessary obstacles.” Craig knows the buyer, knows the product, and knows the process.
His years in the business have honed his specialties in residential sales, statistical and marketing analysis, construction and design management, market expansion, vendor negotiations, project management, and complex problem solving.
Craig was born and raised in the greater Boston area. He attended Emerson College, receiving a BFA in Musical Theatre. His theatre background brought him to NYC in 2004 where he continued to fulfill his theatrical ambitions all the while falling in love with the city. He then decided to pivot his ambitions toward the world of real estate, adapting his performance skills to his new venture.
