Ben is a native New Yorker who offers his clients discretion, authenticity and a tireless attention to detail. Through his work as an award-winning television showrunner and director, he has honed a unique skillset as a storyteller, negotiator, researcher, and problem-solver. Because he believes that each real estate transaction must be framed in the greater context of the client’s story, Ben empowers everyone he works with to shine as the lead characters of their distinct narratives.
For Ben, storytelling in real estate is much more than a marketing tool—it's the emotional connection to why we love the things we do, specifically our homes. Conversely, it’s why our spaces would also be desirable to others. To optimize and execute these key differentiators for his clients, Ben will always put in the hard work to ensure their story has a happy ending.
Ben is driven by his lifelong love of the diversity of personalities, neighborhoods, and homes that make New York such a vibrant place to live. Regardless of where he meets his client along their real estate journey, he treats them with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Clients benefit from Ben’s interest in renovation and restoration, which was first sparked while working on programs for CBS, Discovery, TLC, HGTV, History and CNBC. Recently, he completed a gut-renovation of his own pre-war Manhattan co-op, where he lives with this wife, two daughters and their rescue puppy.
Ben is a graduate of the University of Rochester and in his free time enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and watching the Knicks and Yankees.
