Andrew was introduced to the fundamentals of real estate at a young age. Growing up, Andrew’s parents moved him and his sister around a lot. Never leaving the neighborhood, they moved to a different apartment within the same building five times and to a different building two blocks north for their final move. He didn’t realize it then, but his parents were riding the 90’s market and making money each time. While this resulted in having six different bedrooms growing up, Andrew cherishes experiences as they instilled an entrepreneurial mindset that he brings to his business every day.
Starting his career in advertising, Andrew worked at several top ad agencies throughout the city, eventually working his way up to Director level. Throughout his time in the industry, he led the development and execution of many successful campaigns for both fortune 500 companies and small businesses, with goals spanning upper funnel branding to lower funnel conversions. Equipped with these skills, Andrew understands the importance of proper marketing and seeks to find the unique story that each property has to tell. This makes him an indispensable asset to his clients.
"Andrew was great and reliable. I never felt like he was trying to force me to agree to anything I didn't 100% love, he took the time to hear what I was looking for and curated offerings accordingly. Andrew ended up finding a great apartment that I wouldn't have found independently. He walked me through the entire co-op board process for said apartment and took significant time to make sure I was set up for success. He's personable, reasonable, and relatable, all while making efforts to get you what you're looking for. - Allison L."
