A native of Manila, Philippines, Alrence has always been a hard worker. From a young age, she had to overcome constant hardships to get where she is now. Due to her perseverance, she obtained a full scholarship to the University of Santo Tomas, one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines. She graduated top of the class and has been in the hospitality industry since then. In her words, “Growing up in a community where we don’t have a lot and faced with different problems every day has molded me to become a creative problem solver and a person who sees opportunity in every adversity. I always take things one step at a time and I always find happiness even in the smallest things.”

Today, Alrence resides in New York City, a place close to her heart where she continues to pursue her ever-evolving American Dream. As a proud member of REBNY, she is determined to share this dream with her clients and help them find their own sense of belonging and a place to call their “home” in one of the greatest cities in the world.

An advocate of anything travel and food related, Alrence spends her free time reading, cooking, attending spin classes, and exploring different restaurants and attractions in the city with family and friends. She has been in a number of countries in Asia and visited most of the states in the U.S.
