As a testament to her success and expertise in residential sales and leasing, in 2019 Adrienne was appointed the Director of Brown Harris Steven’s Health Care Real Estate Services. Adrienne has brought the same expertise and results to this important market niche.
Adrienne’s professionalism is strongly influenced by her formal education in language and literature. She holds a master’s degree in French from Middlebury College and a Diplôme D’études Approfondies in Linguistics from the Université de Paris-X. She takes a thoughtful, intellectual approach to helping buyers and sellers, providing sellers with a written marketing plan that clearly outlines her sales strategy and extensive analysis supporting recommended pricing. Adrienne believes the right pricing strategy is the key to a successful sale and realizing optimal return on investment. With a long history of receiving multiple offers for her sellers, she consistently achieves sales above asking price, and the average time on the market for her listings is much shorter than the industry average.
A native of West Hartford, Connecticut, Adrienne attended the Kingswood-Oxford School and has lived in France, Israel and Norway. An avid reader, she also enjoys skiing, knitting, and sailing. She lives on the Upper East Side with her daughter and is a member of her building’s co-op board.
