Abe Rosenberg is living proof that hard work, determination, and grit is the real recipe for success. After three decades of founding and managing two successful businesses in the accessories, design, and manufacturing industry, Abe set his passion for sales and design towards the residential New York City real estate market. In a few years, he has been able to build a sales portfolio worthy of an industry veteran.

Abe’s warm personality, ability to connect with people, and eye for quality have allowed him to direct his clients toward their dream properties. Abe has lived in the same apartment on the Upper West Side for more than 30 years, becoming a fixture in the neighborhood and enjoying its great restaurants, shopping, and community. He has raised three children with his wife, Beth, who works as an interior designer and project manager for her own firm, Beth Rosenberg Designs in NYC.

“I have been fortunate and blessed with a great family, community, and friends from all walks of life,” Abe says. When not in the office, he enjoys playing tennis, shooting hoops in Riverside Park, riding his bike, and playing with his grandson.

A few years after we moved into our apartment, the townhouses next door were demolished and replaced by a construction site for a high rise condominium. With a construction project now sitting right outside our bedroom window, we thought we would have a difficult time finding a buyer.
