At Brown Harris Stevens' Sag Harbor office, Halloween isn't just a day—it’s a celebration led by our very own Jane Holden. Each year, Jane takes charge of organizing festive decorations, stocking up on candy, and welcoming costumed revelers in front of our office. It’s become a beloved tradition, with our agents and staff joining in to make it a special experience for kids and adults alike.
The Sag Harbor Village costume parade, a highlight of the community’s Halloween season, draws crowds from all over the Hamptons. Jane, who’s deeply connected to the village’s traditions, loves sharing stories about the parade's history and its growth over the years. This year, we’re excited to continue the tradition on October 31st—so stop by, say hello, and grab some candy at 96 Main Street in Sag Harbor Village.
Of course, Sag Harbor isn’t the only Hamlet getting festive. Parades and celebrations will be in full swing across neighboring communities, making the Hamptons a magical place to enjoy Halloween.
We hope to see you at the parade!
