In 2001, Vickie started to invest in New York real estate and continues to work closely with New York licensed brokers. During the pandemic, she noted the opportunity in Miami and began investing in the South Florida market. As a realtor®, a businesswoman, and an investor, she brings a wealth of information and knowledge to all aspects of her client’s transactions.
As a successful restauranteur in New York City, she has mastered the skill of identifying ideal real estate locations and overseeing all aspects of construction and design management to maximize efficiency, design flow, and space. She then applies this same expertise to assist her Miami clients in identifying real estate properties that work best for their needs.
Her experience in purchasing and selling real estate, coupled with an established career in hospitality and restaurant management, provides a unique skill set for both her buyers and sellers.
Originally from mainland China, Vickie speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and is currently involved with the Chinese Business Association of New York and is seeking collaboration with other community groups in Miami. Through her professional networks in New York and established connections in China, Vickie brings her expansive contact lists to Brown Harris Stevens.
