A long time Upper East Side resident, Terry is especially knowledgeable about her neighborhood. Terry prides herself on her feel for the area, “I think I virtually know it block by block!” She also has an intimate understanding of the community – the result of having a daughter who graduated from PS 6 (a renowned city public school), and The Spence School (an excellent private institution). Prior to real estate, Ms. Lamb was involved in both the film and recording industries, working with independent commercial directors and a number of record labels.
