Trust, honesty and business acumen are more necessary than ever in the complex Manhattan real estate market. Whether uptown, downtown east or west, only someone who has lived in the City for over 40 years could match Susan’s knowledge of New York neighborhoods. Her recent assignment as On Site Sales Manager at 823 Park Avenue with over $100 million in sales has further enhanced her knowledge of national and international clientele’s needs as well.

Susan began her real estate career as the Vice President of Facilities for a major financial services firm, buying and leasing space nationwide. These skills have translated to the residential market as evidenced by her ability to guide a buyer or seller through the sometimes arduous task of closing the deal. She is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. What little free time there is, Susan and her husband spend it in Newport, Rhode Island or Key Largo, Florida. She has been an active fundraiser for many charities as well as the schools for her four children: Hotchkiss, Saint David’s, Nightingale, Georgetown andColgate.
Not confining herself to any one part of the city or size of residence, Susan most enjoys matching her client’s needs by listening to their requirements and objectives. She can help a seller re-stage their home to show it to its best advantage and get the top price. To a buyer, Susan brings the knowledge about the life she created for her own family to guide them to the right area in Manhattan or anywhere in the United States through the Brown Harris Stevens’ extensive relationships with leading real estate firms throughout the country.
