Prior to his real estate career, Steve graduated from Vanderbilt University with an MBA and spent many years in the healthcare industry, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions and developing joint ventures. This experience led him to transition his personal hobby of home renovation into a profession, helping others realize the potential of older homes along with newer product.
