Robert Lynn has a wealth of experience in marketing new developments, having spent seven years with The Corcoran Group and Corcoran Group Marketing before joining Halstead Property Development Marketing in 2006. “I’ve always enjoyed the excitement and challenge of helping to turn a new development into actual homes for people. It can take a leap of faith to purchase a home that’s still under construction. Being able to effectively convey a wide range of details about the development is absolutely crucial.”

It can take a leap of faith to purchase a home that’s still under construction. Being able to effectively convey a wide range of details about the development is absolutely crucial.”
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Robert moved with his family at the age of 10 to Wayzata, Minnesota. His father, the late Mike Lynn, was the Executive Vice President & General Manager of the Minnesota Vikings from 1974 to 1990. Robert worked as a ball boy and later as a public relations assistant at the team’s training camp every summer through 1985. In 1986, he settled in Manhattan after attending Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Robert is also a graduate of Indiana’s prestigious Culver Military Academy, where he was the school’s first ever Josh Logan Musical Award recipient. He coached football at Xavier High School in the late ‘80s and served as the Assistant to the General Manager & Defensive Coordinator with the Barcelona Dragons of NFL Europe in the early ‘90s.
Besides his football background, Robert has also enjoyed a lifelong love of music. He spent most of the ‘90s performing in New York with his blues and rockabilly outfit, The Bobby Lynn Band. During this period, he also served as an editor and music reviewer for Circus Magazine. Recording under the name Bobby Lynn, he released his debut album, Five Bar Romp, on Clementine Records in 2004. In 2010, he released a jazz EP, All Of You. Both releases are available on iTunes. In 2012, Bobby signed a music publishing deal with Big Tiger Music and since then his recordings have been featured on TV shows including Wilfred in the U.S. and Heartland in Canada. Robert is married to his college sweetheart, Tara Lynn, and they have a 6-year-old-son, Devin. They reside in Manhattan’s East Village.
