Richard has both commercial and residential experience. In the New York metropolitan area, he supervised commercial leases for Collins Tuttle and Company, Inc., where he gained expertise in appraisals, and also worked on commercial and residential sales in the Murray Hill area. Richard was inducted into Halstead Real Estate’s Platinum Circle in April 2002. Widely traveled, Richard has a special understanding of the needs and priorities of clients who are shopping the New York City real estate market for the first time.
Richard is particularly knowledgeable of the architectural development of combination apartments. He has had hands-on responsibility for the design and development of luxury townhouses in West Palm Beach, Florida, for the firm Wellington Overlook, Inc., where he was a full partner. He was also an architectural designer for the celebrated Miami-based firm Arquitectonica. Richard worked on Arquitectonica's (ARQ’s) new 858-room hotel, 45-story Westin New York at Times Square located at the corner of Eighth Avenue and 43rd Street, part of the Times Square redevelopment area. Additionally, he was Project Manager for MTV's "Latino on Lincoln Road Mall" in Miami Beach, and for the Miami Children's Museum.
