Noeline grew up in the West of Ireland and moved to New York City, twenty-seven years ago. It didn’t take her long to acclimate. New York City and the Hamptons have remained her natural home ever since.
Noeline has extensive experience in real estate in NY as a developer, owner, and designer. She purchased her first co-op in the West Village in the 1990s. This experience was the initial hook. Since then, Noeline has designed specialized homes that she purchased and sold in New York and the Hamptons. This experience and gamble taught her an appreciation of aesthetics from the bottom up. Having negotiated sales and overseen major renovations, Noeline has a natural passion for real estate and is immensely resourceful for a homebuyer.
She started her own company, Structure Strategy Inc., an Owner's Rep and Project Management company that was conceived out of a need her clients had when they wanted to renovate a home they had purchased or wanted to sell, but didn't know where to start. She is a valuable asset to her clients whether they are buying or selling, saving them money, time, and major headaches as she hires the entire team and oversees the project through inception. She takes pride in working tirelessly to ensure she gives the most superior level of attention & service to her clients, which is evident as her clients become friends and repeat customers. With over two decades in Manhattan, Noeline has remained deeply connected to the downtown community and has acquired a vast network of both personal and professional contacts.
Noeline currently resides in the West Village and enjoys summers in Watermill, New York. She loves classic cars and drives a manual 1988 Land Rover Defender. In her spare time, Noeline is a triathlete and enjoys both training and racing with her team, Full Throttle Endurance. When she isn't working, she's training, racing, traveling, or spending time with family & friends, and visiting galleries and museums around the city. She is an avid supporter of multiple arts and youth organizations throughout the city.
